At Harry’s Auto Collision, we’re dedicated to providing the best repair services. When you bring your car to us for bodywork, we’ll walk you through our process so you know what to expect. Here’s a breakdown of how we do things:

    • Initial assessment. Our team of highly qualified technicians will conduct an overview of your vehicle and evaluate the full extent of its body damage, including potential mechanical, structural, and cosmetic issues.
    • Collision repair estimate. We’ll give you a detailed estimate that breaks down the costs and expected repair time. We’re happy to review each part of the quote with you so you understand what’s involved in repairing your vehicle.
    • Confirmation and second inspection. Once you decide to have your vehicle repaired with us, we’ll carry out a second, more comprehensive inspection to identify all possible damage. This might involve removing damaged body panels, bumpers, doors, and other components to reveal hidden damage that wasn’t apparent in our initial evaluation.
    • Parts ordering. If our assessment shows that your car requires replacement parts, we’ll order and install the appropriate OEM parts. Our team is committed to using only factory parts compatible with your vehicle’s model, trim level, and edition.
    • Structural and body repairs. We will look for all damaged body panels, frame parts, chassis elements, and other structural parts. Our repair process is designed to restore your vehicle’s original structural integrity, frame strength, and parts alignment.
    • Paint and finish. If we order new body panels or external parts for your vehicle, we will ensure they match your original factory paint code. We’ll also look for scratches or damaged paint spots and repair them in the same original color and finish.
    • Reassembly and final checks. Our technicians will conduct a final assessment once all body elements have been repaired, repainted, and refinished. We’ll perform a systems check to ensure your vehicle functions correctly and a quality control check to verify it meets current safety standards. We may also conduct a test drive to confirm proper alignment and driving characteristics.

Once we finish repairing your vehicle, we’ll clean and detail it and then guide you through all the repairs and services we’ve carried out. Our technicians will be available to answer any questions you might have.
